NOTICE OF PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE
A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Monday, June 1, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., via virtual platform, concerning Bittinger Solar Partner, LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 5.0 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Garrett County, Maryland. The Project is proposed to be located at 1379 Frank Brenneman Road, Bittinger, Maryland.

At the pre-hearing conference, any preliminary matters will be discussed, including consideration of any petitions to intervene that have been filed, and the establishment of a procedural schedule.
Petitions to intervene must be filed on or before Wednesday, May 27, 2026, and may be filed electronically through the Commission’s website at www.psc.state.md.us, or by first-class mail with the Commission’s Executive Secretary, Andrew S. Johnston, Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202, and must reference Case No. 9859.
